South Padre Island Golf Club: Summer 2009 Update

Summer is in full “swing” at the South Padre Island Golf Club and now is a great time for those looking to take advantage of great deals on condos, homes and townhomes in the SPI Golf Community.

Discounted prices have increased sales volume in the first half of 2009, with 26 properties sold at an average sale price of $198,967 since January 1st.

Earlier this year, the Golf Club announced a Spring Inventory Sale, discounting its newly constructed townhomes by 10% and lots by 20% in an effort to sell more of its inventory. 

To continue momentum from the sale, the Golf Club has extended the discount and made the sales prices permanent.
