1/2 of tract 3. There are 3 subdivisions above beach access 6. Las Olas (tract 2) Wild Sands (tract 10) and this. There is strong interest. But no utilities. I think it's real estate 101 that once the utilities get laid down, tracts 1 - 14 will skyrocket in value. At least double from what they are now. |

What do you think tracts 1-14 are worth now? Are they not already priced based on fact that utilities are to be approved? Thanks. |

Out lot is the third west of the highway on tract 17, future Hanshaw St. low dunes on beach side so we can see the ocean, for now. 100' x 152' paid 25K in 05, middle age crazy impulse buy. Feel confident we coud get 35 now. Similar lot on this tract many times higher so who knows what it will be worth in 10 years :) Just is a nice mental diversion...
