In 1995, she opened her own office known now as "Alice Donahue Real Estate" located in the Radisson Resort. Along with her husband, Mike Stuart, Alice has consolidated the whole Texas Gulf Coast under one website, www.texasgulfcoastonline.com, in 2007. Alice has worked with major developers throughout the area such as Laguna Harbor by Crown Team Texas in Galveston County, Cinnamon Shore by Seaoats development in Port Aransas Mustang Island and the Sapphire Oceanfront Towers by Randal Davis on South Padre Island. With more than 14 years of real estate sales experience and knowledge of the second-home market, it is no surprise that she would be quoted in magazines such as Texas Monthly, Tierra Grande and Coastal Living. Alice is committed in finding the perfect match between wannabe island residents and beach front property or condominiums. Mike has a BSEE from Ohio State University and completed his real estate license courses through the University of Texas.

As the Chief Administrator and Office Manager for Alice Donahue Real Estate, she is responsible for managing all office related tasks, from lead management through contract closing.

Christy has Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a master's degree in Criminology from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
Chris Completed her Real Estate School at the College of the Mainland and worked at Swede’s Real Estate as property manager and a rental agent for 8 years. Christy also served 3 years in US Army as Automated Logistics Specialist at one of the largest supply warehouses in Ft. Bragg, NC
