Constructed of steel, and concrete, the foundations are anchored with many deep thirty foot concrete pilings to safeguard the homes against shifting or problems from flooding in a hurricane.
Metal roofs, hurricane impact resistant windows, doors and shutters further insure the structural integrity of each residence.
On the ground floor overlooking the bay, there will be a spacious open covered recreation room that will flow out to your waterside courtyard.
